My Promethean Pen is not working.

There are several of things to try when your pen is not working:

1. Restart your computer and then test the pen.
2. Try your neighbor's pen to see if it is the pen that is having the issue.  If so, submit a work ticket for a new pen.
3. Unplug the silver cable from the back of your computer and replug it and then test the pen.
