How do I calibrate my Promethean Board?

Calibration of a Promethean board is very simple:

• Hold the Promethean pen in front of the Flame logo at the top left corner of the board.
• When the calibration screen displays, tap the board.
• When the screen changes, touch and hold the pen to the board.
• Touch the pen to the board in the center point of the cross hairs that appear around the screen (five of them).

Test the pen by touching the board and viewing where the cursor appears.

NOTE:  To keep from having to calibrate daily, submit a work ticket and a technology specialist can perform the calibration with your computer "thawed" (Deep Freeze).
